Our townhouses were originally built in the 1950’s and used as homes for Canadian soldiers and their families.

In 1992 we became Halam Park Housing Co-operative Inc. a non-profit affordable housing co-op.

Halam Park Co-op is more than just a place to live, it is a legal association formed for the purpose of providing homes to its members on a continuing basis. A co-op is different from other housing associations in its ownership structure and its commitment to the co-operative
principles.
